Dan has built an extensive career in business operations, risk management, and insurance brokerage services, specializing in high-hazard products liability, workers' compensation, self-insurance, captives, risk retention groups, construction wrap-ups, employee benefits, and business perpetuation planning.
Beyond his corporate role, Dan is the founder and president of Weavers, a faith-based business ministry that helps business owners integrate biblical principles into their leadership and operations. His belief in aligning business success with spiritual values has driven his mission to create lasting impact in both the marketplace and faith communities.
Dan is a licensed insurance broker, an active member of the National Association of Benefit Insurance Professionals (NABIP) and the Employee Benefits Professionals Association of Kansas City (EBPA).
